THE IBI DIFFERENCE

IBI Stainless barrels are made of the highest quality German 416R stainless steel. They are double stress relieved, honed on a Sunnen 1600 barrel hone to within .0001″ from end to end, 5R rifle where possible AND hand lapped. This produces the tightest tolerances in the industry with proven match performance in the highest competition stages of the world.

Our carbon barrels keep the core of our this technology but feature a proprietary manufacturing process, where the carbon portion of the barrel is bonded to the stainless core. This gives a very low matrix content, for a more rigid and durable barrel. No other company in the world does it better than IBI Precision Systems.
